Know Your Rights as a Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on 30jl. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or using other people's identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and potential forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your real full name, valid email address, date of birth, and contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. 30jl is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect account information provided by the player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact 30jl support immediately at support@30jl.best.

30jl may require account verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. Verification typically requires a valid government-issued ID. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

30jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through officially supported Philippine payment channels. The following methods are currently available:

• Minimum deposit: ₱500 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱500 per request.
• All withdrawals must be sent to a payment method registered in the same name as the 30jl account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are typically processed within 24 hours. Unverified accounts may experience delays or hold periods.
• 30jl does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• All transactions on 30jl are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP).

30jl regularly offers bonuses, reload promotions, cashback programs, and game-specific campaigns to active players. All promotional offers are subject to their individual terms, which are published alongside each offer on the promotions page. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have a fully registered and verified 30jl account in good standing.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only — one per household, one per device, and one per IP address.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The specific turnover multiplier will be indicated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from wagering the bonus balance may be eligible for withdrawal, subject to the applicable wagering requirement being met.
• 30jl reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is cancelled mid-period, eligible bonuses already credited will be honoured unless fraud or abuse is suspected.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through abuse, collusion, or any other means will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between players or converted to cash directly.

The following rules apply to all sports betting, live betting, casino gaming, and other wagering activities conducted through the 30jl platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 30jl does not accept cancellation requests for bets already placed, except in specific circumstances outlined in individual game rules (e.g., event cancellation or postponement).
• In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required play time has elapsed, 30jl will void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and market. These limits are displayed within the relevant section of the platform at the time of betting.
• 30jl reserves the right to limit or restrict the betting activity of any account at its sole discretion, including applying stake limits or declining specific bets.
• Winnings from all games are credited to the player's 30jl account balance immediately upon settlement. Settlement times vary by game type and event.
• In the case of a system error, display glitch, or technical fault that causes an incorrect bet to be accepted or incorrect odds to be displayed, 30jl reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account.

30jl is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following acts are strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with any part of the platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or system malfunctions in any game or platform feature. Players who discover an error must report it to support immediately and must not exploit it.
• Money laundering or using 30jl for any financial crime or illegal transaction.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to deposit funds.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.

30jl monitors all accounts and activities for suspicious patterns. Any account found to be engaging in prohibited activity will be suspended immediately, and affected balances will be withheld pending investigation. 30jl cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulators in cases of suspected illegal activity.

30jl makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated to players in advance where possible.

Either the player or 30jl may terminate an account at any time. Players who wish to close their account should contact support at support@30jl.best. Any remaining eligible balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following identity verification.

30jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods.
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or verification.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions, including operating multiple accounts.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 30jl reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, the balance may be forfeited.
